It's understood that not all products are perfect, perhaps moreso when AI is involved. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and if you're not, we're here to help.
We offer refund and/or exchange on applicable items within the first 30 days of your purchase if you meet eligibility criteria. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
All the following criteria needs to be met for refund/exchange eligibility.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
The following goods are exempt from refunds:
We reserve the right to decide whether a print is faulty and therefore whether you are eligible for a refund. For example, if the product showcases AI "hallucinations" or "glitches", this is not considered a fault. This is a expected behaviours of AI and should be identified before placing an order, therefore not grounds for a refund. However, if there is a clear printing error such as a misprint/background removal issues then a refund may be issued.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Please do not ship your product back to the manufacturer. Instead, keep your product or throw it away. We do not require you to return the product to us for a refund or exchange.
